This just irritates me.

I'm sure we've all heard that ABC News anchor Bob Woodruff and his cameraman, Doug Vogt, were injured in Iraq by an IED.

And, of course, we all have them in our thoughts and prayers.
But, for heavens sake, lay off a bit!

As of yesterday, 4 U.S. soldiers were killed or injured by IEDs this week.

ABC News devoted much of their broadcast to Woodruff and Vogt's personal stories. (Their website is the same.)
Do they do the same for our soldiers?
All I can recall hearing are body counts. "Another brutal day in Iraq. Ten soldiers were killed..."
In fact, the only time I remember hearing the personal stories and memorials is when there is an anti-war agenda from a family member.

Yes, it's tragic what happened to Woodruff and Vogt, and we're all praying for their recovery.

But how about some fairness?
