Hey, Mr. Young:

I must admit, even though "Sweet Home Alabama" is one of my favorite songs, I'd never understood all the words! One part is written in response to a song by Neil Young("Southern Man") which is about how eeevil and racist the south is.

Well, I just read the lyrics, and considering Neil Young's latest venture, they seemed very fitting - with a slight modification.


Well I heard Mr. Young sing about her
Well, I heard ol' Neil put her down
Well, I hope Neil Young will remember
An American don't need him around, anyhow.
